How to change the Theme
You will need Firefox For it..Then Install this Stylish Addon
This is quit Like Greasemonkey..Now you just have to go here :

And install as many Skins and Themes as you want..
The Skins I like the Most are as following :
- Office 2007 – (Blue)
- Deviant Art – (Green)
- Orkut Black – (Black)
- Last FM – (Red)
