Litex Media's idea of customer support is to ignore requests for help until they stop. I highly recommend, from experience, that people be extremely careful if they are actually going to give Litex Media money. There are lots of apps out there that will do the same job for the same money and are actually supported. Even if you pay more, you're better off.
