Right-click anywhere on your desktop, Select New > Shortcut. Then type,
rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation
Click next and then give your shortcut an appropriate name , and hit Finish. That’s about all there is to it. Now you will be able to lock your Computer by double clicking on the created Shortcut.
Another ways to Lock your desktop –
If the Welcome screen is enabled, the computer can also be locked if you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE (to open Task Manager), and then click Lock Computer or click Switch User on the Shut Down menu. Also if you are windows user then you can lock your computer anytime using Windows Key + L to lock instantly.

Your tutorial is very useful. A few days ago, my friend asked me How to save her data on her computer, because her partner always open her data on her computer without her knowledge. Because of it, her partner could do all of my friend’s job with purpose their boss dubious my friend’s credibility. So, she asked me to help her to lock her computer.
