Having a copy of your information whether that is on Facebook or any other service on the web is an important part of controlling what you share. So let’s start from Facebook!!
How to download ::
- Click the account menu at the top right of any Facebook page.
- Choose Account Settings.
- Click on “Download a copy” of your Facebook data.
- Click the Download button on the following page.
Because this download contains your profile information, you should keep it secure and take precautions when storing, sending or uploading it to any other services.
It may take a little while for Facebook team to gather all of your photos, wall posts, messages, and other information. they will then ask you to verify your identity in order to help protect the security of your account. You will receive an email when your archive is ready for download.

I don’t really think that this is a good idea. Just imagine if someone had access to your profile and downloaded your whole Facebook? Making your Facebook data downloadable, isn’t that a breach of privacy? I was just wondering. I find this very risky.
